Miscellaneous Fees

$35.00 - for each returned item up to a maximum fee of $210.00 per day

If an item drafted by you (such as a check) or a transaction you set up (such as a preauthorized transfer) is presented for payment in an amount that is more than the money in the account, and we decide not to pay the item or transaction, you agree that we charge you an NSF fee for retuning the payment. Be aware that such an item or payment may be presented multiple times and that we do not monitor or control the number of times a transaction is presented for payment. You agree that we may charge you an NSF fee each time a payment is presented if the amount of money in your account is not sufficient to cover the payment, regardless of the number of times the payment is presented. 

$35.00 - for each item paid that overdraws your account more than $5, up to a maximum fee of $210 per day

If we pay insufficient funds, you will be charged an overdraft fee of $35.00 for each item presented up to six (6) items per day. If we do not pay an insufficient item, you will be charged $35.00 for each insufficient item that we return up to six (6) items per day, with a daily maximum of $210.00. Additionally, overdraft fees will be waived for transactions that overdraw an account by a de minimis of $5.00 or less. This means that a customer will not be charged a Returned Item or Overdraft Fee if the amount of the item(s) creates a overdrawn balance of $5.00 or less.
